This is a sponsored post, written by a member of the Private Ballet Los Angeles staff. I was offered a discount on classes in exchange for this post but politely declined and negotiated for monetary compensation. Now that all of you have the visual of me in a pink tutu, I encourage many of you in the Los Angeles area to take advantage of these classes!
Private Ballet Los Angeles is a classical ballet program, founded by professional dancer, Michael Cornell, offering high level ballet instruction for adults. There are three levels, each one consisting of six week sessions: Ballet 101, Ballet 102, and Perfect Ballet Technique. This program is like no other in that adults sign up to start all together to learn the fundamental movements and vocabulary of classical ballet. You will get a great workout for your body and mind, while mastering the technique and all of the advantages of ballet such as poise, flexibility, core strength, and coordination.
There is a new Ballet 101 session beginning on Monday, March 12th at 10:30am. It is the perfect class for moms who are looking for a fun and challenging experience. It is also a wonderful opportunity for moms to get to know each other and create a close knit network as they continue on through the different levels. The majority of women who take Ballet 101 continue on with Michael past the six weeks because they truly love the benefits of the program! He takes away the intimidating feeling one might experience when starting ballet for the first time and offers a fun, warm, and welcoming introduction to the wonderful world of classical ballet.
The upcoming Ballet 101 session will be held at 3rd Street Dance Studio (8558 W. 3rd St. Los Angeles, CA 90048) starting March 12th and will continue for six consecutive Monday mornings. Please visit the website www.privateballetla.com for more information on the class schedule, pricing, and Michael’s method of instruction. You can also read about Michael’s extensive professional training and performing background. You may also check out the great Yelp reviews Private Ballet LA has received from past and current students http://www.yelp.com/biz/private-ballet-los-angeles. We look forward to having you in class!

My mother-in-law is a ex-ballerina and she is dying to take it up again. LA is much to far for her to drive. But its nice to see classes such as these for adults to learn the art of ballet. My daughter is in ballet classes 5 days a week, so my mother-in-law lives vicariously through her.
